Conditioning:
10 rounds for time of:
5 Front squats From the ground (135/95 lbs)
5 Strict HSPUs
If you can front squat more than 225 lbs (155 lbs) please use 185 lbs (125 lbs).
If you can front squat more than 245 lbs (175 lbs) please use 205 lbs (145 lbs).
Modify to 10 high Box Pike Push Ups or 10 DB Push Press
