Skill: 

5 sets: 3 strict press + 3 push press 

(Build to heavy strict press, but the push press should feel easy. Do not put the bar down between the SP and PP)

Conditioning:

2 Rounds

400m run/ 500m row / 1.7 mile bike

40 Sit ups

30 Medball cleans

20 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups
