- Warm up: 2 sets of 5-7, 2 sets of 3, then singles: Constantly build
Conditioning:
Run 1km (or choice of Cardio for max 8 minutes)
then 3 Rounds:
20 DB Over Head Squats 35/25
20 Box Jumps
*single dumbbell, split up the OHS reps per arm however you’d like
