Barbell Complex 

1 Power Snatch 

2 Hang Snatch Pulls

1 Snatch above the Knee 

1 Snatch Balance or Rack Jerk (MOD)

1 Back Rack Split Jerk

Conditioning:

Every Minute on the Minute for 20 mins Mix Up: 

Odd Minutes: 200 M Run 

Even Minutes: 5 Pull-ups then AMR DB Snatches 

MOD for Distance to 100 M Sprint
