Every Min On the Min for 8 Mins 

1 High Hang Snatch + 1 BKN Snatch + 1 OH Squat 

**If Lack flexibility can complete to BKN Snatch instead 

Conditioning: 

5 Rounds 

10 Power Snatch (95/65)

15 KB Swings  (53/35)

20 V-ups
